Remember folks the corona virus is just that, a virus. It's a strong virus, but still something you can prepare against. Here is a anti-viral protocol for you and your loved ones.

 

~ Let's get back to the basics and talk about WASHING HANDS. 20 seconds of washing with warm water and soap from a clean dispenser. To this we add the use of hand sanitizers and anti bacterial wipes. Here at H.A. we wipe down all the door handles, shopping carts, shopping baskets, and the register areas several times a day... you will find hand santizers at the registers for you convenience and disinfectant wipes near the shopping carts and shopping baskets.

 

~ Cut your SUGAR intake. Sugar decreases your immune system strength.
